Designing and implementing recruiting systems for NeosAlpha and work with other HR organizations to develop & execute a recruitment plan efficiently.
Developing own network of suitable candidates and networking with various institutions on social media and other platforms.
Prompt and efficient handling of recruitment requirements, feedback and associated data.
Drafting and posting job descriptions.
Interviewing candidates for screening.
Coordinate with candidate and interviewer to schedule next level interview(s) with proper follow up.
Demonstrate company profile in effective way.
